As we were talking about this my friend and i were sitting on the edge of the cliffs down the end of my street, if i had moved forward about 20 cm i would fall, it would be over. No more pain, anger, longing...no more me. Sure this maybe wasn't the best place to be while having this conversation but what do you know, turns out im not known for my brains.
ANYWHOO this is when i realised that i didn't want it to end. I didn't want it to be over. I don't think there is anything in this world that could make me want to jump. This world is filled with hate, destruction, death, pain and many many more horrible things but have you ever just sat back and thought about all the amazing things here. At the risk of sounding like a major hippy, what about all the things we would be missing out on. The feeling of a warm breeze through your hair, the sound of water crashing onto the beach, the feeling you get in your tummy when you see that special someone.
Im not exactly sure what i am trying to say with this.. i guess that people should just sit back and take a look at everything around you, peoples lives these days are so busy and rushed that they miss out on a lot of things that they really shouldn't.
Well that was my rant for the month.
Peace peoples
xx

Literature adds to reality, it does not simply describe it. It enriches the necessary competencies that daily life requires and provides; and in this respect, it irrigates the deserts that our lives have already become.~C S Lewis quoted by Paul Holmer
